Afternoon Production Supervisor

An exciting role is available for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations within a busy steel manufacturing facility. Perfect role for a hands-on leader who enjoys working on the production floor with strong people and process management skills.

The Role:

• Lead day-to-day production operations
• Supervise and support production staff
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and output targets
• Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production schedules
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimising downtime
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality, and housekeeping

About You:

• Previous leadership experience within manufacturing or steel production
• Strong understanding of steel or sheet metal production
• Must have valid Forklift licence
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
